Create an Account
SipherMail offers two account types: Personal for individuals and Business for teams and organisations with custom domains.
1. Choose a plan
Visit the pricing page to compare plans. You can start with the free tier and upgrade at any time. All plans include the full email client — paid plans unlock AI features, custom domains, and higher storage limits.
- Free: 5 GB storage, 1 address, basic AI
- Pro: 50 GB storage, aliases, full AI suite, priority support
- Business: Custom domains, shared inboxes, team management, admin console
2. Sign up
- Go to siphermail.com/signup/personal for a personal account.
- Go to siphermail.com/signup/business for a business account.
- Enter your name, email, and a strong password. You can also sign in with Google or Microsoft OAuth.
- Verify your email address via the confirmation link sent to your inbox.
3. Set up your profile
After verifying your email, complete your profile in Settings → Account:
- Upload a profile photo
- Set your display name (used in From: headers)
- Configure your email signature
- Enable two-factor authentication (recommended — see 2FA setup)
4. Connect your email
If you have an existing email address you want to use with SipherMail, go to Settings → Connected Accounts and add it via IMAP/SMTP or OAuth (Gmail, Outlook). Your mailbox password is encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM.
