Scheduled Send
Write your email now and have it sent automatically at any future time — useful for reaching recipients in different time zones or queuing follow-ups.
How to schedule an email
- Compose your email as usual.
- Instead of clicking Send, click the dropdown arrow next to the Send button.
- Choose a preset time (Later today, Tomorrow morning, Next week) or Custom time… to pick a specific date and time.
- The email is saved to Scheduled in the sidebar and will be sent automatically.
Managing scheduled emails
- Open Scheduled in the sidebar to see all queued messages.
- Click a scheduled email to edit or cancel it. You can reschedule or send immediately.
- Once sent, the email moves to Sent.
Time zones
Scheduled times use the time zone set in Settings → Account → Time Zone. The displayed time in the Scheduled folder reflects your local time zone.
Limitations
- Scheduled emails require an active internet connection on the server — delivery is guaranteed as long as your account is active.
- You can schedule up to 50 messages at a time on the free plan; unlimited on Pro and Business.
