Rewrite & AI Suggestions

SipherMail's AI writing tools help you compose clearer, more professional emails — or match a casual tone when that's what's needed.

Rewrite selection

Select any text in the compose editor and click the Wand icon in the toolbar (or right-click → Rewrite with AI). Choose a tone:

Professional — formal, concise business language
Friendly — warm, conversational tone
Concise — shorter version of the selected text
Fix grammar — corrects spelling and grammar without changing tone

AI Reply Suggestions

When you open a thread, SipherMail can generate three reply options. Click AI Replyin the message toolbar to expand the suggestion bar. Each suggestion shows the detected tone (professional, friendly, concise) and a confidence score. Click a suggestion to load it into the compose editor for editing before sending.

Continue Writing

Place your cursor at the end of a sentence and click Continue Writing (or use the keyboard shortcut shown in the compose toolbar). Sipher AI completes the thought in your style, based on the context of the email and your communication patterns.

Meeting Assistant

When SipherMail detects that an email contains a meeting request (date, time, and place mentioned), a banner appears at the top of the thread. Click Create Event to generate a calendar event draft with the detected details pre-filled.
