Email Templates
Save frequently used emails as templates and insert them with one click while composing.
Create a template
- Compose an email with the content you want to save.
- Click Save as Template in the compose toolbar (or ⋯ → Save as Template).
- Give the template a name and click Save.
Use a template
- Open a new compose window.
- Click the Templates icon in the toolbar.
- Select a template from the list. The subject and body are pre-filled.
- Edit as needed and send.
Template variables
Templates support simple variables using double-brace syntax:
Hello {{first_name}},
Thank you for your order #{{order_id}}.When you insert a template with variables, SipherMail prompts you to fill in each variable before inserting.
Manage templates
Go to Settings → Templates to rename, edit, or delete saved templates.
