Email Templates

Save frequently used emails as templates and insert them with one click while composing.

Create a template

  1. Compose an email with the content you want to save.
  2. Click Save as Template in the compose toolbar (or ⋯ → Save as Template).
  3. Give the template a name and click Save.

Use a template

  1. Open a new compose window.
  2. Click the Templates icon in the toolbar.
  3. Select a template from the list. The subject and body are pre-filled.
  4. Edit as needed and send.

Template variables

Templates support simple variables using double-brace syntax:

Hello {{first_name}},

Thank you for your order #{{order_id}}.

When you insert a template with variables, SipherMail prompts you to fill in each variable before inserting.

Manage templates

Go to Settings → Templates to rename, edit, or delete saved templates.
